SCRAPALICIOUS GRAND OPENING!

Congratulations Alicia!! your grand opening went better than we even hoped for. I'm so glad that people came out and supported you.

Yhe building looked GREAT thanks to Levi. He didn't have much time to paint it before the grand opening, but he got it as good as he could in 4 days! What a guy, he seriously busted his ass to get it done!

It was exciting to see all the different people who came and joined us. Alicia and I thank everyone who helped get ready for this huge event, and to all of those (Nancy, Lorinda, Lana, Connie, and Annareigh) for helping. I'm sure Alicia appreciated it.

There was lots of yummy treats and we even had a chocolate fountain. Annareigh made these cute little sugar cookies, and I think Chelsey made the banana bread. They were both soo tasty! I love sugar cookies, they're my favorite next to oatmeal raisin.

These chocolate covered strawberries were the BOMB!!! I couldn't get enough of them! They had just the right amount of chocolate, since I don't really like chocolate they were perfect for me! (Makes me want one right now just by looking at them.)

i LOve energy drinks! I've tried a lot and I think I've found my favorite. This baby tastes just like a white russian minus the alcohol! damn! j/k. I used to like the BIG BLACK or the MEAN BEAN, but I think this one has got them beat- FO SHO!!!

The mean bean has a mild vanilla flavor, and the Mocha is slightly chocolaty! The two taste very similar, and resemble a coffee flavored milk more than anything else.

In terms of formulation, Java Monster appears to contains the same “Energy Blend” as straight Monster.
Not quite sure about the “half the caffeine” bit. Monster contains about 70mg caffeine per 8oz - so presumably Java Monster is the same.
Anyone else tried it?

Return of the Burgers!!!

Now this is what I call a real BBQ burger! I made these for the boys to make up for the shity ones from the other night. They absolutely loved them. Daniel was very proud of me. "I told you she CAN cook" he said. YUMMY! the were delish I tell ya! We love swiss burgers with all the toppings (swiss cheese, mushrooms, jalapenos,garlic and pepper jack cheese) TAsTY, Tasty!!!

jUST A little BBQ- (literally)...

so one day I came home tired as hell and Daniel and Ethan were out in the shop working on their dirtbikes when Daniel gets this wild hair and decides that we should have a BBQ. So he volunteers ME to do the grilling since I am the housewife and they're busy working! as most of you know I am NOt really a cook, not because I can't -but because I most of the time choose not to. Well this was one of those times when I did not feel like doing anything after work, but to chill out on the back porch. I am also not that big of a meat eater either, so I especially would not have a clue as to how to cook a Good burger! well this is how it went. Maybe next time I can just chill like I wanted to in the first place!

needless to say the boys were pretty disappointed in me =(. I swear those patties were huge when I put them on the grill, what the hell happened?!

I even burnt the buns! It was not my fault, Ethan forgot to check 'em, and then I felt bad for the poor guys I ended up eating the burnt buns.

all they wanted was a yummy BBQ and all I gave them was burnt ass buns with a beef pattie the size of a freakin' silver dollar, and I'm not joking!

WE loVE car shows!

we went to Pocatello to check out a dirtbike that Ethan wants to buy and noticed that there was a Car and Bike show going on at the Holt Arena. So like the car enthusiast that we are we headed on over after we test drove the bike. There was a ton of motorcycles and some really neat classic cars.

The Idaho Falls Temple

hard for a California girl to admit that I truly do loVE this small town of Idaho Falls! I am so glad that my family moved here, because if we hadn't I would have never met Daniel. It's hard to picture life without him, I love him so much!

What a sight, it sure is amazing!

HOME SHOW 2008

tHANK yoU so much to everyone who came to visit us at the Home Show 2008 held at the old Earnst building in Idaho falls this weekend. We always enjoy talking with new customers as well as customers whom we've worked with in the past.

we didn't have our own booth this year, but that was okay because we actually

shared one with one of our customers, Glenn (owner of BullFrog Spas), who was very proud to have us display our work at his booth. Daniel and I would like to thank Glenn and his family for letting us join them at this wonderful event, we really appreciate it. Giovanna is such a model, she's always trying on clothes and looking for just the right accessories to match! I love it when she comes over because she lets me take pictures and doesn't even complain. we have a lot of fun goofing off and strutin' our stuff for all who care to watch.

I just could not stand my hair any longer, It needed touched up

soo bad that I went to SmartStyle on Wednesday after work and
just did it. All day at work i was debating whether or not I should do
the highlights again or just darken it so it would be less maintenance
for a while. At least till things settle down a bit at work.I've been
absolutely swamped with work lately that I did not realize how badly
I needed a haircut! I now can see a big difference. I love that it's
shorter and that I hopefully won't have to dye it again soon!
Daniel said this was okay only for a short while, he likes my
hair better with highlights! What do you guys think?
